Note:If investors were company of group of islands(Virgin、Cayman 、Bermuda group Island are charge free) need provide:

二、Sina Party
1、《The business license of legal enterprise》(copy) covers the common seal;
2、The legal representive’s ID card(copy);

5、The decision of stockholder’s conference and director’s(2);
6、The instrument of commitment of net assets value(original)(accumulative total does not exceed the 50% of the net assets value)(2) ;

8、Tax registration certification, national tax and lacal tax(copy)covers the common seal;

三、New eatablished company’s directorate and director(or executive director) supervisor, general manager accreditation certification(2 in original) curriculum vitae,ID card(copy);

四、The legal representative of new company photo(1-inch )1 piece; curriculum vitae,ID card(copy);

五、The senior management of new company’s,directorate member, curriculum vitae, ID card(copy);

六、Field using certificate(rent and purchase contracts(original)property right certificate(copy) was coverd with the property seal);

七、Other ralated document(such as,the land certificate、the proov of trade export、entrustment agreement, the list of importation equipment)
Note:
1、If the above materials are in English or in other languages, need provide the original translation draft(1 material in 2 languages draft );
2、The proportion of Chinese and foreign investment:Foreign Party,does not lower than 25% of all investment; the Chinese Party must in legal competence identity,Foreign Party was legal or natural man, both OK;
3、The lowest amount of fund does not lower than 140000 US dollars, and the other matter was the same as the general corporation registration.

八、Fee:
Statutory charges of government: to calculate according to140000 US dollars, about RMB 8000Yuan.
