1、Photocopy of investor's Business License;

5、The Business License of the investor’s should be notarized by the local state notary public office with an authentic act and certified by the local Chinese embassy (or consulate);(provide the authentication of certificate)
6、For a newly-established company, ID certificate (or passport(copy)) of each director, the telephone number, and 2 photos of Chairman or legal representation (where appropriate) are necessary. Photocopy of passport of supervisors;
7、Photocopy of passport of legal representative of newly-established company; 2-inch photos(3) and introduction;
8、Name of company and operation scope; amount of registered capital and total amount of investment of foreign-funded company to be established;
9、Feasibility Study Report (prepared) and Articles of Association (prepared)
