2.Reply certification(copy)and stamp common seal(in duplicate)
3.Tax registration certification(copy) and stamp common seal(in duplicate)
4.Enterprise’s constitution(copy) and stamp common seal (in duplicate)
5.House lease contract(2 in original)
6.Property Right Certificate with the property person’s seal(copy) (in duplicate)
7.The ID card of principal’s (copy), if she (he)was Taiwanese, namely Taiwan certificate
8.The application register form of foreign merchant investment enterprise’s branch company
9.The principal’s certificate of instalment(original)
